Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to enhance our presence at industry tradeshows and manage collaborations with marketing agencies. This role is crucial for the seamless integration of Waste Robotics’ innovative vision into our tradeshow presentations and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Waste Robotics’ participation in tradeshows, including logistics planning, booth design, material handling, and staff coordination.
- Act as a liaison between internal divisions (like Marketing, Sales and Products) and external marketing agencies, ensuring that our unique vision in waste management and robotics is effectively communicated.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment with our brand values and goals.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Administer and monitor budgets for tradeshows and agency-related activities, ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Guarantee consistent branding across all marketing materials, tradeshow exhibits, and presentations.
- Analyze tradeshow performance and providing actionable feedback for future enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of marketing materials and services.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including content creation for social media and online platforms, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, reflecting Waste Robotics’ industry focus.
- 1-2 years of experience preferably with exposure to tradeshows and external agency management.
- Great organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong English and French communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Creative and strategic mindset, with attention to detail and an eye for quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, adapting to evolving industry trends.
